Chompchomp is a blog written personally by myself and edited by both myself and my husband “The Boy”. I started writing this blog as a way to share my food and travel adventures as a foodie struggling with the restrictions of gluten intolerance and fructose malabsorption. I do not consider myself as a professional food critic or expert and have a “day job” that is completely unrelated to either of these industries.

The vast majority of my reviews and recipes are written without any form of compensation and all views are entirely my own. Whilst I thoroughly enjoy my hobby of writing a blog; this past time does not come free and the costs of meals, website hosting and photography equipment can add up over time. In order to help offset this I have included a small amount of advertising on my site.

Occasionally I will receive an offer of a sponsored meal or product to review. I only accept these if I feel it is in line with the direction and content of my blog. Any sponsored content will be clearly identified along with details of the sponsors. I feel it is important to remain true to myself regardless of whether the meal is free or not and I will always ensure to write honestly and maintain my integrity by including details of both the good and the bad experiences.

I am currently running an affiliate ad for Omniblend allow my readers to obtain a discount if they purchase a unit. I entered this relationship as I am a daily user of my own Omniblend and would be a loss without it.

I am happy to be contacted with any questions about my blog via my contact page.
